Braintree Academy
Braintree Academy partners with accredited public schools or other organizations to offer a personalized distance education program for students. In Indiana, all students are considered full-time, virtual public-school students enrolled in Cloverdale School District.
Registration is NOT final until all required paperwork has been submitted, received, and approved.
Note: This registration process works best in Google Chrome and on a computer. You will need to scan or photograph and then upload several items.
Copy of Student Birth Certificate
Copy of Student Immunization Record (or exemption form)
Proof of Residency
If applicable, a copy of student's IEP or 504 Plan
